Terms of Service
These Terms apply to Tipikat's website, dashboard, and Discord bot. The German version is legally authoritative.
1. Provider and scope
Tipikat is operated privately and without profit by yasino21 – Yasin Zümrüt. By using Tipikat or adding the bot, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- Discord's rules and terms also apply.
- You may use Tipikat only if legally permitted.
- Parental consent is required where applicable.
- Server administration features may only be used by authorized persons.
3. Service
Tipikat provides economy, game, administration, and dashboard features. Features may be changed, limited, or discontinued. There is no entitlement to availability, a specific function, or stored game state.
4. Virtual currency
- All balances, winnings, and items are virtual only.
- Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be bought or paid out.
- There is no entitlement to restoration or replacement.
- Server administrators may change their server's economy settings and balances.
5. Prohibited use
Illegal activity, abuse, mass automation, deliberate overload, manipulation, exploiting bugs, unauthorized access, and harmful custom replies are prohibited. Report security issues privately by email.
6. Server administrators
Server administrators are responsible for their settings, custom replies, roles, channels, and use of Tipikat.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for abuse, security risks, or violations. You may stop using Tipikat at any time and request deletion by email.
8. Availability and liability
Tipikat is provided free of charge without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability remains unaffected.
9. Third-party services
Discord and the providers listed in the privacy policy are subject to their own terms.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated when features, laws, or operations change. The current version applies from its effective date.
11. Final provisions
German law applies unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
