Overview

Tipikat is a Discord bot and dashboard for economy and virtual-currency features. It does not process payment data or provide real-money payouts.

• Discord OAuth login using identify and guilds.
• Bot, server, and economy data stored in MongoDB.
• Essential session cookies for login and dashboard.
• No analytics or advertising cookies.

Data processed

Tipikat processes Discord identifiers, names, avatar, manageable servers, and a Discord access token in the session where required.

Stored data includes server settings, channel and role IDs, command settings, custom replies, dashboard audit logs, economy balances, inventories, cooldowns, and game state.

Technical VPS, error, and security logs may include time, URL, IP address, and user agent.

Purposes and legal bases

Processing provides the bot, dashboard, authentication, server administration, economy and game functions, operations, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. Legal bases include Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Recipients and providers

• Discord Inc. for OAuth, bot operation, and the Discord API.
• Strato for VPS hosting.
• MongoDB as database provider.
• netcup as domain provider for tipikat.com.

Processing outside the European Union may occur under applicable data-protection safeguards.

Cookies and sessions

Tipikat uses necessary session and language-preference cookies. They are not used for tracking or advertising.

Retention

• Server and economy data remains while the bot or feature is used.
• Session data is deleted after expiry or logout.
• Audit and technical logs are retained only as needed for operations, security, or traceability.
• Deletion or correction can be requested by email.

Minors

Tipikat uses virtual currency only and offers no real-money prizes or payouts. Where required, use is permitted only with parental consent.

Your rights
